Review of The Vegas Café

I had been glutened by a salad dressing they told me was gluten free. I haven't been back since.

They focus primarily on breakfast now. They have a small kitchen and mix pancakes and other items containing flour. I have a serious autoimmune disease, Gluten Ataxia so the cross-contamination from flour floating around in the air will render me unable to walk.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
