While it’s not specifically stated on the menu, they do have gluten-free penne and gluten-free pizza dough! I asked about how both are prepared, and our server explained that for “gluten allergies” the pasta and pizza dough are prepared separately from gluten-containing items. (NOTE: if you just ask for gluten-free without saying you have celiac disease, they will prepare the pasta in the same water as the regular pasta.) I decided to take a leap and get the Sicilian pizza, and it was delicious!! Genuinely the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. I usually react within the first 5-15 minutes of exposure to gluten, but so far, an hour later, I don’t have any symptoms. Now, I know pizza is a risky choice and it likely can’t always be safe, but I’m glad I got to try it and feel like they took great care to avoid cross-contamination. The waitstaff were so kind and helpful, and I loved the family-friendly atmosphere— it was great for a relaxed dinner out with my toddler. :) The food is delicious!
