The Village Teahouse

The ladies at The Village Teahouse were so accommodating and took such good care of my Celiac daughter and gluten sensitive me. We attended the Mother’s Day tea! My daughter had no reaction and she’s very sensitive to gluten. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon! ☕ The ladies explained everything to us when they brought out each of the courses so that we felt comfortable in knowing the food was GF.

Had a wonderful time today doing tea with my daughter and mother. I called in about 2 hours prior to check and see if they could accomidate my allergy. They could and did. I didn't feel like I was missing out at all. They had gluten free bread they used for the sandwiches, fresh fruit and even a desert that was delicious. They told me they can accommodate gluten free when they have advanced notice. That way they can designate a section of the kitchen for prepping away from any cross contamination. I had a full meal with no pain or any signs of distress. Everyone there was lovely to talk with. They checked in with me through the meal to make sure I was good. I will most definantly be going back. The tea is great, food was yummy, and the decor was fun.
