when I called they seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free. the waitress made sure everything was gluten-free for me. I had the salmon and it came with rice and carrots. perfectly cooked. The manager stopped me on my way out and assured me that my meal is safe and that I have a safe place to eat in town. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease and safety precautions.
