This place is a GEM for people with Celiac’s. The owner is GF, the fryer is dedicated GF, and they even make their own GF bread! Was told by the owner all of the fried items on the menu are GF, so chicken tenders etc are fair game. Also the flatbreads and sandwiches can be made with the home made GF bread they have. I did not get sick from this place. HIGHLY recommended.
