The Wedge Pizzeria

Pasta was cross contaminated, pizza was also cross contaminated. They use the same cutter and paddles for the gluten free pizza as the regular pizza. Staff is not knowledgeable. Immediately had a reaction.

The server was not educated on what was gluten free . They say that any pizza can be made gluten free but there is a lot of cross contamination. They use the same paddle to remove your pizza from the oven and they use the same pizza cutter. After talking with the management, they remade my pizza, taking precautions to not cross contaminate. But, I will not be eating there again. The staff was nice but not aware of what gluten free means.

Great gf pizzas with friendly servers.

Great GF crust...never had an issue with it. They also have Daura Damm GF beer, which is nice with pizza. I'm not celiac, but I can be pretty sensitive. My GF kids and I enjoy this place. Lots of topping options.
