Had the most delicious fish and chip takeaway today from the Wee Chippy. The fish is so fresh and the batter is just perfect, just like muggle batter. The best I’ve had. They also have lots of other GF options including a children’s menu with GF options see photos. They also offer GF mushy peas, curry sauce, and onion rings. For me it was definitely worth the three and a half hour round trip.

Absolutely delicious battered fish! Fish is fresh off the boat, a nice big thick piece. Chips weren't the most amazing, could have been crisper, but its worth going for the fish. They have a separate GF section and fryer, and the server removed her gloves and washed her hands before serving. Even with such a busy kitchen I felt safe. My husband also chose the GF batter and loved it (he's not coeliac but we were being careful as sharing). We had 1 x fish and chips plus one extra fish and it was plenty!
