Lovely little shop! There’s not a whole lot of food options but their chicken salad, bread, some frozen meals and most soups are all safe. The chicken veggie soup is amazing and tastes just like my moms 🥰

They have some items you can pop in and buy but you can also order ahead. We bought the chicken salad (dairy free, gluten free) and it is amazing. I also picked up a grain bowl (dairy free, gluten free) that was Thai chicken and it was amazing as well. They had some soups available, local honey, kombucha and herbs as well. Very friendly staff.
