They claim their fries are GF, but they don’t understand that in order to claim this, they need to be fried in their own GF fryer. They claim the short rib hash is GF, but the potato rosti it is served on is also fried in the communal fryer. Waiter did not understand about allergies and chef and management clearly did not. When I asked to speak with the chef to get details on dishes, I was told he was too busy. Avoid this place.
