Review

Chef and server educated and accommodating regarding allergies. After a discussion with chef, server returned and reviewed entire menu with me for which dishes chef could modify to make gluten free, including making a new sauce on the fly for the dish I chose. VERY knowledgeable and put me at ease. It is not a dedicated gluten-free environment (they were clear on this) but I did not get sick.
