I called beforehand and was reassured their staff and kitchen is well trained on celiac diners and cross-contamination prevention measures. This is no surprise as The Wolf has the same owners of Wood Tavern, another great restaurant for celiacs. Our server was very knowledgeable, and also shared they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Nearly everything on their menu was naturally gluten free, so long as you left off the add ins like breadcrumbs or toasted bread. The rib eye was incredible as was the fried octopus (rice flour!). Delicious and fresh little gem salad, as well. Will gladly return!
