Wolf’s Tailor offers an 8 course menu for around $150 per person (plus drinks). They were able to easily modify dishes to be gluten free and can accommodate many other allergies as well. They clarified with me whether I need to avoid cross contamination (I do), and were happy to do so. For the bread course, they had gf buckwheat & millet bread made in house for me, and used buckwheat noodles as a substitute for regular wheat noodles in one of the dishes. I also had a different dessert than my non-gf partner. Only one other substitute had to be made (swapped a dipping sauce for another kind). Our favorite dishes were the bison skewer, sausage and noodles with a sunflower-based sauce + herbs and cucumbers, and lamb lettuce wraps. I didn’t get sick and the food was cooked really well. I didn’t LOVE every single course (but I’m not that adventurous of an eater - this was actually my first time trying bison or lamb), but overall it was a great experience.
