Full dedicated gluten free menu, including for their Korean BBQ with marinated meats that have been marinated with gluten-free soy sauce. The sides are gluten free with different sauce for the sald, but kimchi, picked veggies and rice are the same. So you can enjoy pretty much the same Korean BBQ experience :) their servers seem knowledgeable and familiar with celiac disease. All things you order a la carte are made to order to avoid cross contamination
