Unsafe for celiac but fine for those gluten intolerant. Lots of gluten free options but not aware of how to avoid cross contamination.

There’s not a dedicated prep space that I’m aware of, but if you specify your allergy/intolerance to gluten then you can have any sandwich bunless, meat entree with sides, or salad and their portions are huge and smoked meats are awesome. I had no reaction after.
