Their salads and sandwiches are ok, but pricey. I think you could make the celiac safe. They toasted my bread in foil in the oven and prepped in a separate dedicated area, but the sandwich was so small and sad compared to the regular bread sandwiches — less than half the size for an upcharge. I was hungry when I left.
