I absolutely love the Cereal Killer! They were able to make it super fast! And I truly enjoy it. I do think that you need to ask for them to change gloves when making yours. They are also super open to replacing and changing out toppings to make it gf.

Stated my son's order was for a gluten allergy per the sign next to the cashier. I was able to watch as the workers prepared our order and saw they did not change gloves when it came time to make the my son's order. They went straight from handling a gluten brownie and crushed up waffle cone to grabbing the gluten free cereal treat and put it on top of his sundae (he ordered the Cereal Killer, the only gluten free sundae on the menu). They then grabbed the fruity pebbles ans sprinkled them on top of the whipped cream. Before she handed it to me I told her I noticed she didn't change her gloves when making the allergy order and told her she needed to change her glovws, scrape off the whipped cream and put a new cereal treat on top. She scraped off the whipped cream but tried putting the same cereal treat back on and I told her again it needed to be a new one. No precautions taken for allergies. We will not be back. We visited this location two years ago and it was a completely different experience. That time we needed to sign an allergy waiver, and the staff was knowledgeable but not this time. We were very disappointed.

She grabbed someone else's brownie and cone and then grabbed my gluten free muffin with the same gloves. I was definitely cross-contaminated.

The muffin itself was extremely dry, though the shake helped that a bit.

Daughter has celiac & ordered the ‘cereal killer’ milkshake, one of the few gluten free milkshake options. It has marshmallow ice cream & fruity pebbles cereal. When ordering, let them know of any allergies & they’ll take precautions. Daughter enjoyed her milkshake & did not experience any reaction.

I am both gluten and dairy free. I told the staff this and asked which of their specials I could have. They told me (incorrectly) that I could safely get the Not Milk? Shake. I double checked that it was gluten free, and they said yes. When it arrived at my table, I asked again and it was not. The cookie on top and the crumble on the edge are vegan but not gluten-free. They did not compensate me for my paying an extra $1 to be poisoned

they understood what they needed to do for a celiac

there were only a few but the milkshake i had was amazing!

i got the gluten-free cereal killer which was awesome! i’m a very sensitive celiac and i did not get sick.

Such a fun addition to a vacation! Menu has gluten free options marked but there is possibility of cross-contamination noted. There are a lot of fun gluten free options on the menu and the staff was very friendly! I got moose tracks ice cream with m&m’s, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and cotton candy.
