The employees were extremely nice.

I asked about dedicated gluten free tongs and trays and they informed me that they had gotten mixed up with the non-gluten free ones. They informed me they would clean them so I hope that that they did as they promised.

The gluten free and non-gluten free products are within the same oven and display case.

I did suggest ways to prevent cross-contamination so hopefully they implement the advice.

I would recommend specifying that you're celiac and would like to have a clean try and tongs.

As a result, since the equipment got mixed up, I rated 3/5 in terms of safety as they said they would clean the tray and tongs.

Shared display case & toaster are two potential concerns.

I shall see if I have a reaction.

The coffee is great but the gluten free pastries are in the same case as the regular pastries.

Cinnamon rolls and quiche…. Both were delicious but that cinnamon roll is the stuff dreams are made of. The GF items on display are kept in the same space as the other baked goods, however, from what I can see that’s just a display case to look pretty. The coffee shop was originally a GF bakery only but expanded to offer other baked goods and drinks.
