I went to Theo’s for breakfast, and while they didn’t have a gluten free menu they were so knowledgeable! The waitress double checked everything and the manager came over and explained to me that they didn’t have a dedicated toaster for GF toast, but that they could do it in a separate pan for me. I was able to get toast, eggs, and home fries (they were gf!). They brought over my meal separately as well to avoid contamination. They were so patient & kind to me and asked if it was celiac so they could be extra careful. I will definitely be going back!
