We always get Theo’s pizza when we visit family in the area. They serve one of the best tasting gluten free crusts I’ve tasted, and the pizza is consistently very good. They also have huge salads. Tastewise I’d give them 4 stars and I feel safe eating there with my gluten intolerance. Probably wouldn’t recommend it to someone with celiac disease because of the small kitchen and risk of cross contamination

I have been going here for years, and have always tried to give the benefit of the doubt. However I would no longer recommend this place to anyone with gf needs. First, the pizza is not great. It’s small (common), tasteless (also common), and made me sick. Not to mention extremely overpriced. A large Greek salad, gf pizza, and a water was $50 pre-tip. The only gf alcohol I noticed was a white claw seltzer

They have gluten free crust, which is crispy and delicious! I've had the chicken bbq and the margarita pizza, which are both super delicious. I had no gluten reaction either time I've eaten there, though I didn't ask about their kitchen practices. They also have a great selection of salads.
