The food is not gluten free in the slightest. They have GF pastries, but they are prepared using the same utensils and equipment as gluten-containing food. Avoid if celiac.

Great! They wiped down everything for me. I got a grilled cheese and flourless chocolate cake. They had a great selection. (Cheese wasn’t melted inside sandwich but still a 5 star from me)

Got a grilled cheese with gluten-free bread. Choice of cheese (I went with cheddar). The bread was pretty dry and the cheese didn't melt well. The gluten-free chocolate chip cookie was average, the chocolate torte wasn't too bad. They can make any sandwich with the gf bread. All around okay, I've been to much worse places.

On a word-of-mouth recommendation I tried a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese was not melted, the inside of the sandwich was soggy and inedible, probably from the jarred, cold, "roasted" red peppers. What little bread I ate left a bad after taste. This was a total disappointment. I left hungry.

Great food, very GF friendly. Wouldn’t recommend coffee or lattes though, the coffee was too bitter and after two tries with lattes both which had no flavor to them

We’ve been here as celiacs, my son and I, on numerous occasions thru the years. Every time we visit Boston, it’s our first stop. Delicious GF cookies, delicious coffee, cool atmosphere, super nice serving staff. However, and this kills me to say this, the last time we went, we both got really sick after eating the GF chocolate chip cookies. And both of us eat out often and very rarely ever get sick. I assume there was some cross contamination issue in the baking preparation.

Went here for the first time last weekend and it was great. Got a gf breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Can't remember the last time I was able to pop in somewhere and get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee.

Stopped here for lunch. It is alittle coffee shop with sandwiches, prepackaged items (fruit cups, sm salads, juices, puddings, etc.) They have GF bread and they said they use a separate toaster for GF sandwiches. They also had GF chocolate chip cookies, GF chocolate torte slice and I think one GF pudding. My daughter had a turkey sandwich with honey mustard. I was alittle nervous as it was really busy and the place is really small (there was no open indoor seating left, so we ate outside). She didn't get sick, so I think it was ok - I would recommend for a quick bite and the cupcake place right next door (Georgetown Cupcakes) has 1 GF cupcake selection per day. So if looking for a coffee or a snack it is ok but not for a big meal.

Food was ok. But we were all a bit put off by the manager’s answers to our questions. He seemed more interested in not being held liable for anything than in explaining how they tried to avoid cross contamination. When we brought up the fact that our kid had celiac he seemed not to know what it was. “Is this life or death?” He asked. “Because we don’t have anything in place to prevent cross contamination and we keep the cocoa powder right next to the flour for example”.
