Review of Thinking Cup

All their sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread and I was confident they take measures to prevent cross-contamination. The cashier was proactive and asked if my gluten free bread request was for "an allergy" so they wouldn't toast my bread. It was really delicious and the bread was so soft! I'd go back and try a pastry next time!
