The owner was so sweet and it’s so rare to find a bakery where you don’t have to worry about getting cross contaminated! We talked about our experiences with celiac disease and what led her to open a dedicated GF bakery. We bought cupcakes for dessert one night - I got the vanilla and my husband couldn’t stop raving about the peanut butter (he doesn’t have celiac disease and doesn’t really like dessert, so that’s saying a lot). We have the butter pecan cheesecake saved for dessert tonight and can’t wait to try it! Definitely stop in and support this amazing small business!!
