I called ahead to ask about gluten and they said the Vegan Pho is totally gluten free. I informed the guy taking my order of my allergy when ordering and he confirmed GF and said I should be fine. The Pho was yummy and I felt good after. Not sure if anything else on the menu is GF. It’s a small menu.
