Thrasher's Bear Lake Tavern

Doesn’t have a gluten free option on the menu, the only gluten free thing the waitress kept quoting was “we have gf buns” but when asked about prep, knew nothing. Settled on a salad after getting confirmation that the dressing was gf was a chore as well. Discovered shortly after getting home that cross contamination or something happened because I was miserable. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all!

Large number of menu items that are adjusted by the chef as gluten free options (eg: corn tortillas for tacos, alternate sauces for fish dishes). Knowledgeable staff and excellent service.
