They didn’t know what an allergy was or what that meant. I was told fryers were safe because they only fried their chips in it but then watched them fry flour tortillas in the same fryer for the salad bowls. All tortillas (corn and flour) are heated on the single grill surface that they have so they are touching while they cook. They use the same toppings for all meals that their flour coated gloves have been in so no toppings are safe either.
