Such an amazing spot. The tamales and tamale making process is entirely gluten free - as are the beans. However the rice is NOT gluten free. The food is so. damn. good. & the staff are absolutely wonderful individuals.

ALSO the Oaxaca is gluten free - super yummy! And the champurrado is a must get.
