Omg! What a lovely place! The owner is a gem too! I had the Chicken Salad on gf bread. It was the best chicken salad I've had. My daughter had the Beef French Press sandwich on gf bread. My (non-GF) husband had the Cubano on regular bread and he said it was perfect! It could be on gf bread too. This is a scratch kitchen so they can do most things gluten free. The owner has a nut allergy and she is very allergy aware for cross contamination. No fryer so no CC there. They can also do vegan options. Everything was great! On my list to come here next time we are in the area!
