This was one of my favorite pre-celiac. They don’t have any celiac safe options. The rice noodles are delicious but traces of gluten. Sauces and meat are cooked with soy sauce.

I went on a Saturday and ordered with family in town. The guy asked me if I could have soy. I asked multiple times to confirm that soy is just soy and not soy sauce because those are different. He confirmed multiple times it was soy. We returned a few days later because my family loved the food. The waitress there stated that soy meant soy sauce. She stated the meat is not gluten free and some of the sauces. So I ordered the rice bowl without meat. I am now extremely sick! Full gluten storm. I love this place and I hate bad reviews. But I really do not feel this is a safe place to eat!

I called ahead to see if I could get a rice noodle bowl with chicken and it would be gluten free. They “checked” and assured me it would be. Then, I waited in line to order (masks aren’t required and no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves…probably won’t be returning here). I again checked with the person who took my order that it would be gluten free and was assured it would be. Then after 30 minutes of waiting someone from the kitchen came out and told me the proteins are not gluten free and I could have carrot or cabbage slaw instead. So…I’m eating rice noodles and carrots after an hour attempting to order chicken and rice noodles. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
