Separate gluten free menus, one exclusively sushi. GF menu had A LOT of macadamia nut items, which I am unfortunately allergic to. Had a blackened fish-of-the-day with papaya salsa over mashed purple sweet potatoes with curry buerre blanc and bok choy. Best meal I've had so far on my trip! Shared fryer, this is disclosed on the GF menu and items cooked in the shared fryer are listed in a special section on that menu stating they do not contain gluten but are prepared in a shared fryer.
