Everything on the menu is gluten free but there is no separate menu. When it's your turn to order, your order gets put on an "Allergy" ticket (gluten in our case) & gets sent to the back to the chef as the chef is the only one who handles the food for those with allergies. Ordered chicken platters that came with sides of your choice: rice & beans, corn, roasted potatoes or fries. Chef brought out our food to us and reassured it was made separately and was gluten free
