Great small business health food grocery store with a wide variety of fresh local organic and traditional produce, packaged food, supplements, delicious prepared daily hot soup and entree bar with fresh ingredients displayed and clearly indicating what is GF, vegan, and/or vegetarian. Owners and staff are well versed to answer questions and Linda is fabulous at answering questions about what to take for your health concerns. Highly recommend for a quick take out meal or weekly food shopping needs.

Excellent selection of local-organic-GF grocery items. They also have all of the best junk food you've been missing out on- gluten free of course! Hoping they'll get some GF Cannolis soon 😁

Best selection of GF products I've found in a health food store. The prepared foods have a surprising variety of GF items, and they're now doing $10 GF entrees in the cooler, and you get a LOT of food in them. Never got sick once. Soups are freaking tasty.

This is not a restaurant, it is a store, however it some hot soup and food in the back for lunch. That being said, the food is delicious and they list all the ingredients used, most of it is gluten free. The store is also very nice and we stocked up on some stuff we couldt find at home
