What a special surprise finding this place. I am celiac but not sensitive to cross contamination if it’s not that bad so I can’t vouch for that. Nonetheless, I was not affected at all and loved the food. I will definitely be back!!

Gluten and Dairy free options. I've ordered many items from the menu; I am lactose intolerant and Tia B's is a good 'go-to' for me and my friends (celiac included), we can all enjoy eating together. It's clean, the servers are courteous.

If you have celiac do NOT eat here. They do not have a separate waffle iron. If they cannot somehow get one extra iron to keep us safe just imagine the other contamination.

Called and asked them about gluten free precautions and they mentioned they have a separate iron for gluten free waffles. Tested gluten free waffles with nima and tested positive for gluten. Asked them again and they said they don’t have a separate waffle. Wife enjoyed her vegan waffles and visits the place regularly with her friends. She likes her waffles, they are just not gluten free.

Really good!!! The servings were a little small for me? but maybe that’s a good thing. Can’t decide between 4 and 5 stars.
The menu was very clearly marked designating the GF options. The young lady who took our order was very knowledgeable regarding GF selections. There were several GF waffle batters available and they could be substituted for any waffle combination offered on the menu. I highly recommend the Chicken & Waffles as the fried chicken was battered with a blue corn batter. Will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

I got the coconut waffles and they were delicious :) many options for celiacs.

When asked if there were designated gluten-free waffle irons, the response was, “no, but when you cook the batter it kills the gluten.” Excellent food if you don’t have a sensitivity to gluten, but not a celiac safe option.
No
There is a strong potential for cross contamination, good food and service but they use the same waffle irons for all waffle combos.

The first time I ate here the service was great and I didn't get sick. I had a special of potato latke waffles and the coffee was fantastic. The second time, the girl didn't seem to understand gluten free. I ordered the lavender corn waffles and let her know I was a Celiac. They were really good but I ended up getting glutened bad. I got really sick and I'm sad to say I won't feel safe eating there again.

They certainly know their GF stuff! The lavender and raspberry chocolate waffles are amazing. No symptoms after eating here. Will be back!

You can choose GF batter with which to make your waffle, then choose the toppings and everything else. Great waffles! Blue corn is my favorite.
