Tic Toc Ice Cream

Very inconsistent about what is and isn't gluten free. We've been told different things each time we've gone. One time we were told they had a list of ice creams, but most recently we were told only sorbet is gluten free and they only have one flavor of sorbet. They don't really understand gluten free and I won't be returning

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The owner happened to be in, and he mixes his own ice cream. He shared the ingredients for his base ice cream, and then said the flavors are mixed by him.

They were willing to scoop my daughters ice cream out of a fresh tub that hadn’t been used before.

I just realized that I forgot to ask about the process for mixing, in case there is any cross contamination between batches. So that may be worth a phone call to ask for more details if you are in the area.
