My daughter who has Celiac disease lived her GF pasta. A number of different preparations to choose from. Great little spot. No GF bread.

You need to make a reservation. They make homemade pizza therefore there is a risk but they have amazing gluten free pasta and I didn’t get sick at all

This meal was a pleasant surprise! It’s located in sort of a strip mall and a bit confusing to find…but, we are so glad we found it! My celiac kiddo was able to enjoy penne pasta with grilled shrimp and a garlic/butter/olive oil sauce. She devoured every bite! For the non-celiac members of our family, the homemade pasta was AMAZING!

Our waitress clearly understood what Celiac and Gluten Free meant and immediately explained the chef's protocol. I ordered the pollo marcano with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. The potatoes and veggies were delicious, but the chicken was dry and the stuffing was minimal. My family all liked their meals: fettuccine alfredo, lasagna and a Caeser salad with grilled chicken. They have a dedicated gluten free pasta made off-site that they prepare in a dedicated pot. There were no GF desserts available. The tiramisu looked amazing, but alas it is never gluten free.

I have been celiac for 12 years and this is THE best pasta I have ever had. They cook their gluten free noodles in separate pans, use separate utensils, and have dedicated kitchen space. Server was extremely knowledgeable. Would 10/10 recommend.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the whole gluten free and cross contamination thing. They have great gluten free pasta and all sauces are gluten free along with some of the meats.
