Tidewater Inn

Hunter's Tavern at Tidewater Inn is amazing. Their dinner menu had so many GF choices and they took great care to make sure that I didn't get cross-contaminated or accidentally glutened. I ordered a cocktail, but wasn't sure if one of the liqueurs contained gluten. I was Googling it, but the waiter said he'd ask the bartender. He promptly came back with the disappointing news, but I very much appreciated that he did that. The GF rolls that they had available were SO GOOD! They even had a cream of crab soup that was GF and flippin' amazing. The filet mignon was beyond delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband and I will most definitely go back there. The drinks and food were spectacular and the care they put into ensuring a positive experience for me was greatly appreciated. We did not try the desserts because there are ice cream places within walking distance.
