I'm from Ontario Canada and this is the best gluten free pizza I have had in my life! The doughy fluffy goodness, I forgot what real pizza tasted like. I completed them when leaving on how it's the best I've ever had. I had the sausage and pepper pizza. He said "thank you, we've spent a lot of time trying to get the recipe right, colour doughy, spent 12 years to perfect it. I'm so glad we drove 20 minutes out of our way to go here.

Amazing Gf pizza crust that is regular thickness with air bubbles and everything! They use it as bread for sandwiches too and are working on perfecting a Sicilian Gf crust and also GF pasta offerings. Haven’t had crust like this since before being Gf. Truly out of this world! Very nice staff too and pretty place.
