Tiff's offers GF buns to adapt burgers and sandwiches to GF. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about GF needs. They do not have a dedicated fryer, but the mashed potatoes are GF, so my daughter got those instead of fries. The ribs are GF and she really enjoyed those.
