New-ish restaurant in Falmouth with great GF options! Their website advertises that they only use GF soy sauce in their restaurant. I called before placing a takeout order to find out what could be made safe for celiac and the person on the phone was very knowledgeable and said they take allergies very seriously. Said all ramen can be made with GF noodles (made in a separate pot/water) and the fryer is dedicated GF. I ordered chicken miso ramen, crispy tofu, and cucumber salad and it was great - didn’t get sick.
