Wow! Best Indian food I’ve ever had! We ordered the appetizer Lasuni Goni ( garlic cauliflower), salmon Makhani, mushroom Saag, Shahi Paneer. They clearly identity on the menu about allergies, and what cannot be made gluten free(Naan) otherwise the whole menu was gluten friendly . Like wow! I could eat almost everything and no reaction. I am super sensitive, to even cross contamination, and can get a severe reaction with hives and NOT HERE- feel great. The Cauliflower dish is a must- regardless of what dish you get. Knowledgeable staff and would recommend to anyone looking for a GF friendly place to eat in Denver.
