Tikka Express

We called to ask whether they could do gluten free and had a chat with the chef, who was very helpful. They were uncertain whether one thing we had ordered would be safe, so called back to check, which I appreciated. They were very happy to clean everything thoroughly and do their best to remove any gluten in the preparation area. The food was delicious and I appreciated the care taken by the restaurant.
