The only items in the menu that are Celiac safe are a bag of chips and a pre-packaged brownie. There are a few other items on the menu marked “GF” for gluten-friendly, such as a taco stuffed sweet potato, but I was told by the staff that all items are prepared and served together, thereby cross contaminating the food. The food prep staff were working extremely fast and handling many orders per minute, and there would have been no way to provide a celiac safe meal. The park also states in their literature that no outside food is allowed.

I had the nachos with brisket, rice and cheese (however they are listed on the menu). Staff checked with manager that chips were fried in a dedicated fryer. It was a smallish portion, but tasty. Did not get sick!

The manager and chef were amazing at making a safe GF meal. Separate fryers and separate prep area

They have a few gluten free options. They have a designated fryer. Got a cheeseburger, fries and a GF brownie. The manager handled my food alone and it was served on a separate tray from my family’s.

The care for my food was great! My bun was individually wrapped and they do have a dedicated gluten free fryer.

We had a great experience here!! The manager served us our food, changed his gloves and washed his hands. It made me feel very safe to eat here. We had burgers with gf buns and fries and the kale salad.

We all had rice bowls and they kids loved them but the adults were not impressed. I wasn't super confident in the girl serving us but most of the food was on a serving line so we didn't get the food next to gluten. Every time I would ask her about something, she'd just look at the menu and tell me it was marked GF. My daughter did not get sick.

Went in looking for Mexican food, as that’s what the review seemed like. It was a fast service with things like chicken tenders, hamburgers, and fries. We let the team lead know my daughter had celiac, and she was teaching one of the young works how to handle this. She had the girl get a clean tray from the back, fries from the back (they have a dedicated fryer). She also had her get new tongs to get a burger, and cheese from the back as well. I thought they did a great job and the food was good. We were told in an email ahead of time they have a gf bun there as well, but she chose no bun. She also, had the girl wash her hands and change gloves, I thought I should throw that in as well.
