Such a bummer, cashiers here didn’t know what celiac is, and kitchen said they could not accommodate safety of cross contamination. It’s difficult to find food that is safe in airports. However the cafe right next to here, Evergreens could accommodate and cashier knew what celiac was.

You can access this restaurant through gates D and E. There’s a dedicated fryer for French fries and they have GF buns for the burgers. Lots of different cheddar cheese snacks. Pick your cheddar for the burger!

Had gluten free bun and fries as the fries go in a dedicated fryer. Delicious

I was able to order my chicken sandwich without a bun since they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be made on the same grill, but they still marked a gluten sensitivity on my order. They had Kettle brand chips so I got those instead of fries.
Everything tasted amazing and my order took a little longer to come out which made me trust they actually took precautions. Cashier didn’t mind taking extra time to answer my questions even though they were pretty busy.

Nice treat at PDX Airport Southwest gates. They have a grill, not just ice cream. We had wonderful chicken sandwich on gf bun. Prepared sous vide, so the chicken was really moist. They also have gf buns for burgers, and grill to order. Fries were good as well.
