I marked on our reservation (and called ahead) that my son would need to eat gluten free. The server did not seem to know that ahead of time, but once we mentioned it, she was incredibly helpful and knew exactly which items would be appropriate (almost all entrees could be prepared appropriately or with any necessary adjustments to ensure GF). They have GF pastas to sub for any of their pasta dishes, as well as GF bread and buns for their sandwiches and burgers. The waitress knew to bring up that they did not have a GF fryer, so fries could not be safe, but was able to direct us to sides that would be safe. She also made sure to communicate and double check my sons order with the kitchen to be sure it would be prepared appropriately. I say they did a great job and seemed informed and prepared for multiple GF options, even if not immediately noted on the menu. We were happy with our meals and felt safe and well cared for!
