We stayed at the Timberline Lodge and dined in the Cascade Dining Room. For dinner, our server was very knowledgeable and could definitively say what was gluten free. There were several items to choose from. I chose the pork chop and it was seriously the best I’ve ever had..no joke. Breakfast was even better! It was a buffet, which I shy away from, but the chef came out and walked me through what was safe. It blew me away!! He stated they were working to make everything gluten free with dairy free and vegan options as well:) I had smoked salmon w picked onions, arugula and capers, spinach and mushroom frittata, fresh fruit and greek yogurt with fresh nuts. Was absolutely delicious! They also had gf smoothies, eggs, ham, sausage, and roasted potatoes that were all gluten free!! Best and safest buffet I’ve ever had!! This restaurant helped make our stay exceptional!! Highly recommend!!!
