Found this little gem on Find my GF while driving on I-95. My daughter was able to choose between GF pasta, pizza or a GF hamburger. She had buttered pasta. Fairly sized portions.

We went for a work party here, which didn’t have anything available gluten free. When I asked about the meatballs (they do have breadcrumbs in them) the waitress asked if I’d like some grilled veggies that would be gluten free. I agreed, and was surprised with grilled zucchini and grilled portobello mushroom with balsamic reduction and a super amazing caprese salad. No reaction then, and others were jealous of my plate.

Great little spot when you’re passing through! They offer a variety of gluten free options (pizza, burgers, pasta, etc). The pizza is cooked in a dedicated kitchen space. I had the white pizza with chicken and spinach. It was good! If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely try something else. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The manager is very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination.

Finding good gluten free food on the I-95 corridor from New England to Florida is challenging, but Timbers is a bright spot. We found the place during the COVID pandemic, and were encouraged by their masking and sanitizing policies. Much of the menu could be made gluten free, and the food was delicious (pizza for my 10yo, prime rib with mash and veg for me). We had no reaction from our experience, and will definitely be stopping by again next time we're passing through.

The food was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly knowledgeable about Celiac. A family member of the owner has Celiac so they have a full understanding of the entire process. I’m from New York so I was just visiting, but if I could I would go here all the time!
