We are staying at Great Wolf Lodge and while at the water park I decided to order lunch. I am not celiac, but very sensitive to gluten and dairy. My first red flag was the fact that there was no allergen menu on the app, or posted at the restaurant, I had to ask someone for help and was directed to a allergy list for ingredients listed in the items being sold. Next, when ordering on the app, the only way to order food, I selected my grilled chicken sandwich and in the special instructions area: gluten-free bun. When my husband went to pickup the order, I was given a crispy chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. There is absolutely no way to be safe here as a celiac, there are teenagers running the kitchen.

Offer gf buns for burgers, you have to order the regular burger and when you check out, write gf allergy need gf bun. Fries are in a dedicated frier. Tortilla chips are also made in a dedicated fryer and cheese sauce is gf. If you talk to the chef at the restaurants they are very knowledgeable, but I found it was hard to get information prior to coming.
