BRING YOUR DOCTOR'S NOTES!!
There are not clearly posted options for celiacs, so the wife got Chipotle & Sweetgreen (known variable) to eat with the rest of the group (who ordered food there). Mike Minichello (GM) required the wife to eat her food outside the market premises, so we ate quickly and left to the free, ADA compliant, world! (Most of it...) Mike was willing to oblige if we had a doctor's note (sorry, left that in 2009) to replate the food she had. No go without a doctor's note.. SMH
I remember a similar case with a boy in colonial Williamsburg associated with the ADA which this ruling does not comply with.

Great taste. No reaction. The stalls aren’t marked but people are knowledgeable when asked. Had a chicken gyro wrap and sushi hand rolls.

Had to find what places offer gf.
Got falafel wrap with hummus on side at Anoush’ella.
They have a chicken wrap and a few other gf options.
Gf choices are a little hidden but there are plenty. We made a charcuterie board with gf crackers and had the hummus from the Mediterranean place with a gf wrap. Great place! Can't wait to go back!

None of the stalls are marked with allergy info, but a couple looked promising. I spoke with the staff at Inchu, which offers Asian style rice and salad bowls. They said all of their ingredients were gluten free except soy sauce, which could be left off. So, I tried a rice bowl with beef, which was really tasty.
There’s also a cocktail bar, which had great drinks.
