My hubby and I wanted pizza and finding a place that's Celiac friendly can be difficult. Time Out advertises gluten free pizza. They do have a disclaimer that they can't 100% guarantee there won't be cross contamination but they do their best to avoid it. After being told about the disclaimer, we decided to try it anyway. The manager explained the process to me that they take to try and do their best to avoid cross contamination. They change gloves, change aprons, clean counters, use fresh veggies and meats that are kept separate from the other ingredients to avoid cross contamination. We both ate the salad bar, I opted for no dressing since the ingredients were unknown. If someone wanted croutons, they were packages individual bags and not left out exposed in the open. We also shared the 10" gluten free pizza topped with ground beef, bacon, green chile, onions, black olives, and mushrooms. I thought the pizza would be too small, but it was perfect. I couldn't tell that it was gluten free and it was awesome! Not only were the staff friendly and knowledgeable but the food was great AND I didn't get sick! Thank you!!
