This place was super careful with my order. I told them that I had celiac and they took every precaution. They even came out to my table to ask about an ingredient they weren't sure of. They used clean everything, I even heard the owner remind the kitchen staff not to touch my food/pan/etc with anything else.
The gluten free crust was tasty, thin and crispy. I got a pizza with pesto and oil rather than tomato sauce and it was a bit heavy on the oil but good.
It's been about 6 hours so if they nailed me with gluten I'd be having a reaction and I'm not, so they did it. Trips out are a gamble and pizza places are a big gamble, but this was a good experience. The inside of the place isn't the nicest looking and I was very doubtful, but they really did a great job.
