We took a chance and ate here. Turns out the manager is gluten intolerant so she gets it about cross contamination. The fryer is reported to be dedicated for potatoes and using a separate fryer for batter dipped onion rings ( not gluten free) They have gluten free buns and I requested they did not toast the bun on the grill to avoid cross contamination. So seems fairly safe but overall the burger wasn’t very good. Best part of our three different sandwiches were the hand cut potato chips made on site.
